Cluster Selective Perforation

A-One Oil Cluster Selective Perforation is a wireless communication module based on clustering technology, mainly used for perforation operations. The system consists of cluster selective module, ground control system and operation software. The system realized graded electronic ignition of multistage perforating gun when applied to multistage perforating operation of oil and gas field.

The switch consists of power supply, communication, sensor, main control chip, output circuit, cascade switch etc. The sensor is used to collect the bottom hole temperature. The main control chip transmit-receive the instruction. According to the instruction of the main control chip, output circuit ignites the detonator. The ground wire is connected with a diode between the power supply. Cascade and large resistance ignitor, which can be used to check whether the wires are normal.
